Hi my name is Ailyn Cabrera and I’m going to be majoring in Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Design. I will be living 7-8 hours away from home with no family members near me so my only source of income will be myself and my low income family. I will be looking forward to getting jobs but I also want to focus more on studying and actually becoming a well rounded citizen based on what I end up learning at UC Davis rather than working several shifts and overworking myself. I do expect to work and do both however I find my studies being my top priority for a successful future. My parents also started to attend their full time job as well as get a part time on weekends in order to help me with my yearly bill because nothing is impossible but a little bit of help would be well appreciated.
